The GPS in our car has lifelong updates, I hook it up to my computer and the updates download to it. I bought a Garmin with voice activation about 4 months ago, while I was on the road. Almost right after I bought it I learned how to use the map / directions application on my iPhone - So I've never used the Garmin. Now I'm faced with the decision to learn how to use it - or just stick to mapquest and google map apps on my iPhone.
